💡 Machining tips: FR4 is abrasive due to glass fibers. Use solid carbide tools with diamond‑like coating (TiAlN or DLC). High‑speed machining with adequate dust extraction is recommended – FR4 dust can be skin irritant. For best edge finish, climb milling and avoid recutting chips.
