CNC Machining
At Ranglink, we provide high‑quality CNC machining for prototypes and production runs. Our shop is ISO 9001 certified, and we work with a wide range of materials – from aluminum and stainless steel to engineering plastics. Whether you need one piece or ten thousand, we deliver tight tolerances, fast lead times, and reliable quality.
CNC Machining Workflow

CAD Design
Create a 3D model with all dimensions and tolerances.

CAM Programming
Convert the model into tool paths and G‑code.

Setup
Mount the raw material, install tools, and calibrate.

Machining
The CNC reads G‑code and removes material automatically.

Inspection
Measure every part; perform deburring or coating if needed.
CNC Machining Processes

CNC Milling
Rotating tools cut solid blocks into complex 3D shapes. Ideal for housings, molds, and brackets.

CNC Turning
The workpiece spins while a fixed tool shapes it. Perfect for shafts, discs, and threaded parts.

CNC Drilling
Creates precise round holes. Supports tapping, reaming, and countersinking for assembly features.

EDM
Uses electrical sparks to erode hard metals. Perfect for complex cavities and sharp internal corners.

CNC Grinding
A rotating abrasive wheel achieves ultra‑fine surface finish and tolerances down to ±0.001mm.

| Smallest Roughness | Ra 1.6 μm |
| Standard Lead Time | 3 business days (for prototypes) |
| Machines List | • 3‑axis, 4‑axis, and full 5‑axis CNC Milling Centers • CNC Turning Lathes (with live tooling) • Electric Discharge Machines (EDM) – Wire & Sinker • Wire Cutting Machines • CNC Grinding Machines |
CNC Machining Materials
CNC Machining Surface Finishes

As Machined
No post‑processing. Part is used directly after CNC cutting. Visible tool marks remain; ideal for functional prototypes.

Bead Blasting
High‑pressure glass beads create a uniform matte or satin finish. Hides tool marks and prepares for coating.

Brushing
Mechanical abrasion produces linear grain patterns. Common on stainless steel for a decorative look.

Anodizing
Creates a durable, corrosion‑resistant oxide layer on aluminum. Supports clear, black, or colored finishes.

Hardcoat Anodizing
Thicker than standard anodizing. Provides excellent wear resistance for high‑friction parts.

Conductive Anodizing
An anodizing process that creates a conductive oxide layer on the surface, typically used for EMI/RFI shielding or electrical grounding applications.

Transparent Polishing
Restores optical clarity to transparent plastics (acrylic, PC). Removes scratches and fog for a clear, glass‑like look.

Mirror Polishing
Mechanical buffing to achieve a highly reflective, mirror‑like surface. Reduces friction and enhances aesthetics.

UV printing
Ink is instantly cured by UV light. Creates high‑resolution, durable, and colorful graphics on flat surfaces.

Laser Marking
High‑contrast, permanent marks (logos, serial numbers) without damaging surface integrity

Blue-Tinted Transparent Polishing
Clear polishing with a subtle blue hue. Gives plastic or metal parts a cool, tinted see‑through finish.
